Role Overview
A rapidly scaling fintech initiative in Riyadh is seeking a strategic and creative Lead UX/UI Designer – Financial Platforms, Product Strategy & Experience Innovation to lead design initiatives across its digital financial platforms.
This role focuses on creating cohesive, scalable, and user-centric design ecosystems that enhance usability, engagement, and trust in financial services.
You will combine design leadership with strategic thinking, guiding teams, shaping product direction, and ensuring that user experience is a core driver of business success.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead UX/UI design strategy across fintech platforms
- Define and implement design systems and frameworks
- Conduct user research and translate insights into design solutions
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams on feature development
- Optimize user journeys and interaction flows
- Ensure consistency and scalability of design across platforms
- Mentor and manage design teams
- Present design strategies and outcomes to stakeholders
- Integrate user feedback and analytics into design improvements
- Ensure compliance with Saudi digital and financial standards
- Drive innovation in user experience design
- Align design initiatives with business goals
Required Candidate Profile
- Degree in Design, HCI, or related discipline
- 6+ years of experience in UX/UI or product design
- Strong portfolio demonstrating leadership in design projects
- Expertise in design tools and methodologies
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to translate business needs into design solutions
Preferred Skills
- Experience with fintech or financial platforms
- Knowledge of design systems and scalability
- Familiarity with front-end development
