Position Summary
A next-generation digital finance transformation initiative in Riyadh is seeking a Lead Tokenomics Designer to develop advanced economic systems powering blockchain-enabled fintech platforms, tokenized financial ecosystems, and intelligent digital value networks.
The organization is building large-scale programmable financial systems integrating digital payments, asset tokenization, embedded finance, AI-driven incentive structures, and decentralized financial infrastructure.
This role requires a highly analytical economic systems designer capable of structuring sustainable token economies that support real-world financial use cases, enterprise adoption, and long-term ecosystem scalability.
Strategic Responsibilities
Token Economy Development
- Design structured token economic systems supporting fintech and blockchain ecosystems
- Define utility models for digital assets across payments, lending, rewards, and financial services
- Develop incentive mechanisms for user participation and ecosystem engagement
- Build economic frameworks supporting scalable digital financial networks
- Align token supply structures with long-term ecosystem sustainability
Financial Modeling & System Simulation
- Develop predictive models simulating token flow, liquidity behavior, and market dynamics
- Conduct economic stress testing across different adoption and volatility scenarios
- Analyze system-wide economic performance under varying network conditions
- Optimize token distribution models to ensure balanced ecosystem growth
- Evaluate macroeconomic impacts on digital financial ecosystems
Cross-Functional Ecosystem Design
- Collaborate with blockchain engineers, fintech product managers, and AI architects
- Translate economic models into functional system requirements and product behaviors
- Integrate tokenomics into digital payment systems and embedded finance platforms
- Ensure alignment between technical architecture and economic design principles
- Support development of intelligent financial incentive systems
Strategic Advisory & Innovation
- Provide executive guidance on digital asset ecosystem strategy
- Contribute to long-term roadmap development for tokenized financial systems
- Support innovation in Web3 finance and programmable money systems
- Advise on emerging economic models in decentralized financial ecosystems
- Participate in enterprise digital transformation initiatives
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong background in economics, financial engineering, blockchain systems, or quantitative finance
- Experience designing token economies or digital incentive systems
- Deep understanding of decentralized financial systems and crypto-economic models
- Strong analytical, simulation, and modeling capabilities
- Experience in fintech, Web3, or digital asset ecosystems
