Position Summary

A next-generation fintech and investment ecosystem in Doha is recruiting a Lead Sustainable Finance & ESG Analyst to oversee sustainability intelligence, ESG investment evaluation, climate finance analytics, and ethical financial governance initiatives across advanced digital finance operations.

The institution operates across multiple fintech verticals including AI-powered investment platforms, digital wealth management ecosystems, intelligent treasury operations, embedded finance infrastructure, and sustainable financial innovation programs.

This role requires a highly strategic analyst capable of balancing financial performance objectives with long-term sustainability priorities while supporting responsible innovation across modern fintech ecosystems.

Strategic Responsibilities

ESG Investment Analysis

• Conduct ESG due diligence and sustainability assessments across digital finance portfolios and investment initiatives
• Evaluate climate-related financial risks affecting fintech and digital banking operations
• Analyze sustainability performance metrics and enterprise ESG indicators
• Support sustainable investment decision-making through data-driven research and intelligence reporting
• Develop ESG scoring methodologies for fintech-related investment activities

Sustainable Product & Policy Development

• Support the creation of green financial products and sustainable fintech solutions
• Assist in designing environmentally aligned digital investment ecosystems
• Develop sustainability integration frameworks for financial operations and product strategies
• Collaborate with product teams on ESG-focused customer engagement initiatives
• Support ethical investment and climate-conscious financial innovation programs

Governance, Reporting & Compliance

• Prepare ESG disclosures, sustainability reports, and climate-related financial analysis documents
• Ensure reporting practices align with international sustainability standards and regulatory expectations
• Monitor sustainability governance performance across enterprise fintech operations
• Coordinate internal ESG audits and sustainability data validation procedures
• Support enterprise transparency initiatives and sustainability governance frameworks

Enterprise Collaboration & Innovation

• Work closely with finance, analytics, AI, compliance, and strategy teams on ESG transformation initiatives
• Deliver sustainability insights supporting executive decision-making
• Monitor emerging sustainable finance technologies and climate innovation trends
• Participate in enterprise innovation projects involving green digital finance infrastructure

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Strong background in sustainable finance, ESG analytics, climate risk assessment, investment research, or fintech strategy
• Deep understanding of sustainability frameworks and responsible finance principles
• Experience within digital banking, investment management, or fintech ecosystems
• Excellent research, financial analysis, and strategic communication abilities
