Job Overview
This role focuses on solving one of fintech’s most complex challenges: integration. As Lead Solutions Architect, you will design systems that seamlessly connect core banking platforms, fintech applications, payment systems, and third-party services.
You will ensure that diverse financial technologies operate as a unified, interoperable ecosystem, enabling faster innovation and improved service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Design integration architectures connecting core banking systems with fintech platforms.
- Develop and manage API ecosystems for seamless data exchange and service orchestration.
- Ensure system interoperability across payments, lending, and digital banking services.
- Lead implementation of middleware solutions and integration layers.
- Optimize system performance, scalability, and reliability across interconnected platforms.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with security standards and financial regulations.
Required Skills & Experience
- 9–14 years in solutions architecture, system integration, or fintech platforms
- Strong understanding of core banking systems and financial services architecture
- Experience with API management and middleware technologies
- Knowledge of cloud infrastructure and distributed systems
- Ability to translate complex requirements into practical technical solutions
