Role Overview
A high-growth fintech initiative in Riyadh is seeking a strategic and technically proficient Lead RegTech Analyst – Risk Intelligence, Compliance Strategy & Regulatory Data Systems to lead the development of advanced compliance frameworks and regulatory data systems.
This role focuses on building scalable, technology-driven compliance infrastructures that enable real-time monitoring, risk assessment, and regulatory reporting. You will bridge the gap between regulatory requirements and technical implementation—ensuring that compliance systems are both effective and efficient.
You will also play a leadership role in shaping compliance strategies and guiding teams in implementing best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of RegTech platforms and compliance systems
- Develop risk intelligence models and regulatory monitoring frameworks
- Analyze regulatory requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Build and maintain regulatory data pipelines and reporting systems
- Conduct compliance risk assessments and mitigation strategies
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to integrate compliance features
- Ensure adherence to Saudi financial regulations and international standards
- Manage regulatory audits and reporting processes
- Mentor analysts and contribute to compliance strategy
- Monitor regulatory changes and update systems accordingly
- Drive innovation in compliance automation and RegTech solutions
- Provide insights to senior management on regulatory risks and opportunities
Required Candidate Profile
- Degree in Finance, Law, Data Science, or related discipline
- 6+ years of experience in RegTech, compliance, or financial risk management
- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and risk management
- Experience with data analytics and compliance systems
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to translate regulatory requirements into technical solutions
Preferred Skills
- Experience with big data and analytics platforms
- Knowledge of machine learning applications in compliance
- Familiarity with regulatory reporting systems
- Exposure to fintech platforms and digital financial services
