Role Overview
A rapidly expanding fintech initiative in Riyadh is seeking a high-performing Lead Fintech Sales Executive – Digital Lending Solutions, Strategic Partnerships & Market Expansion to spearhead sales efforts for innovative lending products.
This role focuses on driving adoption of digital lending platforms among businesses, financial institutions, and strategic partners. You will be responsible for building long-term relationships, structuring complex deals, and expanding market presence through strategic alliances.
You will operate in a highly dynamic environment where commercial strategy meets financial innovation, requiring both technical understanding and strong business acumen.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead sales initiatives for fintech lending solutions across target markets
- Identify and engage potential clients including SMEs, corporates, and financial partners
- Build and manage strategic partnerships to expand distribution channels
- Conduct product demonstrations and deliver compelling sales presentations
- Structure and negotiate complex commercial agreements
- Develop and execute market expansion strategies
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Track sales performance and pipeline metrics
- Collaborate with product and risk teams to refine offerings
- Ensure compliance with Saudi financial regulations
- Provide insights into market trends and customer needs
- Mentor junior sales team members
Required Candidate Profile
- Degree in Business, Finance, or related discipline
- 6+ years of experience in fintech or financial services sales
- Strong understanding of lending products and financial services
- Proven ability to close high-value deals
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
