Position Summary
A large-scale fintech modernization initiative in Riyadh is recruiting a Lead Fintech Product Manager to design and scale embedded financial products across intelligent commerce ecosystems, digital marketplaces, and enterprise financial platforms.
The ecosystem is focused on integrating financial services directly into everyday digital experiences—where payments, lending, insurance, and financial decisioning are seamlessly embedded into non-financial platforms.
This includes e-commerce finance, subscription-based financial services, merchant credit ecosystems, AI-powered lending flows, and real-time financial decision engines embedded within digital platforms.
Strategic Responsibilities
Embedded Finance Product Development
- Design embedded financial products integrated into commerce, mobility, and enterprise platforms
- Build product frameworks for embedded lending, payments, and merchant financing solutions
- Develop seamless financial experiences within non-banking digital ecosystems
- Define product requirements for API-driven financial integration layers
Intelligent Commerce & Monetization
- Design monetization models for embedded finance ecosystems
- Optimize transaction flows to improve conversion, retention, and revenue yield
- Develop pricing strategies for financial products embedded in digital platforms
- Collaborate on revenue-sharing models with enterprise partners
Product Execution & Lifecycle Management
- Manage full product lifecycle from concept to deployment and scaling
- Prioritize product features based on business impact and user adoption metrics
- Coordinate sprint planning, roadmap execution, and release management
- Ensure product scalability across high-volume transaction environments
Cross-Functional Ecosystem Leadership
- Work with engineering, AI teams, data science, compliance, and commercial units
- Align product development with regulatory frameworks and risk requirements
- Support enterprise onboarding and partner integration initiatives
- Translate market opportunities into scalable fintech solutions
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong fintech product management background with embedded finance exposure
- Experience in commerce platforms, payments, or digital financial services
- Understanding of API ecosystems and financial infrastructure
- Strong analytical and commercial decision-making skills
- Ability to operate in fast-scaling, high-pressure environments
