Position Summary

An elite fintech transformation initiative in Riyadh is recruiting a Lead Fintech Product Manager to oversee enterprise digital finance products across embedded banking ecosystems, intelligent payment infrastructure, financial automation platforms, and AI-driven financial services.

The organization is building sophisticated fintech infrastructure supporting API banking, digital lending, smart transaction orchestration, intelligent customer engagement, blockchain-enabled financial ecosystems, and real-time financial intelligence platforms.

This role requires a commercially aware and technically sophisticated fintech product leader capable of driving innovation across highly scalable financial ecosystems while balancing customer experience, operational resilience, regulatory alignment, and long-term commercial growth.

Strategic Responsibilities

Enterprise Product Development

• Lead end-to-end fintech product development initiatives across digital banking ecosystems
• Define product vision, commercial strategy, customer value propositions, and growth objectives
• Develop innovative financial products supporting enterprise and consumer fintech markets
• Manage product backlogs, feature prioritization, release cycles, and implementation strategies
• Coordinate enterprise fintech product launches across regional markets

Embedded Finance & API Banking

• Oversee embedded finance product ecosystems integrated into digital commerce and enterprise platforms
• Support development of API-driven banking infrastructure and intelligent payment solutions
• Collaborate with engineering teams on scalable fintech architecture and interoperability standards
• Optimize customer onboarding and financial engagement experiences within digital ecosystems

Customer Intelligence & Product Optimization

• Analyze customer insights, operational data, and financial behaviors to improve product performance
• Drive customer-centric innovation across fintech products and financial experiences
• Support monetization strategies and enterprise growth initiatives through intelligent product enhancements
• Conduct competitor benchmarking and market trend analysis

Governance, Risk & Operational Collaboration

• Work closely with compliance, cybersecurity, fraud, and operations teams to ensure secure fintech product delivery
• Ensure product ecosystems comply with regulatory and operational standards
• Support enterprise risk assessments and fintech governance initiatives
• Coordinate operational readiness for new financial product deployments

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Strong experience in fintech product management, digital banking, payment technologies, or financial SaaS ecosystems
• Deep understanding of embedded finance, open banking, and digital financial infrastructure
• Proven experience leading complex product development initiatives within fintech environments
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and strategic planning capabilities
• Ability to balance commercial objectives with technical and regulatory requirements
