Position Summary
A large-scale fintech transformation initiative in Riyadh is seeking a Lead Fintech Operations & Customer Success Manager to oversee enterprise operational delivery, customer lifecycle management, and platform adoption across embedded finance ecosystems and intelligent digital banking infrastructure.
The ecosystem spans digital lending platforms, merchant finance systems, AI-powered payment solutions, API banking infrastructure, and enterprise embedded finance products integrated into commerce, mobility, and enterprise ecosystems.
This role requires a highly structured operational leader capable of ensuring seamless customer experience while maintaining robust financial system performance across complex, high-volume fintech environments.
Strategic Responsibilities
Embedded Finance Operations Management
- Oversee operational execution of embedded finance products across enterprise ecosystems
- Ensure seamless integration between fintech platforms and partner systems
- Monitor transaction flows, financial settlements, and system performance metrics
- Improve operational efficiency across digital lending, payments, and merchant finance systems
- Ensure platform scalability across enterprise-level deployments
Customer Success Strategy & Execution
- Manage enterprise customer relationships across fintech platforms and financial services ecosystems
- Drive product adoption and usage optimization across digital finance solutions
- Develop structured onboarding and customer lifecycle management frameworks
- Conduct strategic business reviews with key enterprise clients
- Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term retention across fintech services
Incident Management & Service Assurance
- Lead resolution of high-priority operational and customer-impacting incidents
- Coordinate between engineering, compliance, fraud, and support teams
- Maintain operational continuity across financial service platforms
- Enforce service-level agreements (SLAs) and operational standards
- Implement root cause analysis and continuous improvement processes
Business Alignment & Performance Optimization
- Align customer success initiatives with revenue growth and business objectives
- Provide operational insights to product and engineering teams
- Support expansion of fintech services across enterprise markets
- Contribute to strategic planning for platform scaling and optimization
