This role is designed for a fintech marketplace strategist capable of scaling intelligent embedded finance ecosystems throughout the GCC.
Strategic Mandate
To expand enterprise embedded finance ecosystems supporting:

- Customer lifecycle growth ecosystems

Core Responsibilities
1. Embedded Finance Ecosystem Expansion
- Lead growth initiatives surrounding embedded financial products and digital commerce ecosystems
- Support strategic partnerships enabling seamless financial service integration across commerce platforms
- Develop scalable frameworks supporting merchant ecosystem expansion and operational scalability
2. Marketplace Growth & Customer Engagement
- Build customer acquisition and retention strategies optimized for digital finance ecosystems
- Analyze customer behavioral patterns and transaction engagement trends
- Improve lifecycle engagement frameworks supporting merchant and customer financial interaction
3. Merchant Finance & Operational Intelligence
- Support operational optimization initiatives across payment ecosystems and commerce finance environments
- Build performance intelligence frameworks supporting merchant transaction visibility and operational growth forecasting
- Collaborate with analytics teams on intelligent customer segmentation and financial engagement strategies
4. Product Innovation & Financial Experience Modernization
- Work closely with product managers, UX teams, engineers, and fintech strategists on embedded finance innovation initiatives
- Improve operational workflows surrounding onboarding, payments, settlements, and merchant finance experiences
- Contribute to future-focused fintech modernization and commerce finance transformation programs
5. Strategic Governance & Ecosystem Collaboration
- Coordinate strategic expansion initiatives across distributed financial ecosystems
- Maintain operational alignment between growth objectives and financial infrastructure scalability requirements
- Represent embedded finance modernization initiatives within enterprise innovation programs
Technical Qualifications
- 6â12 years in fintech growth strategy, embedded finance ecosystems, digital commerce operations, or financial marketplace expansion
- Strong expertise in:

- Financial engagement analytics
- Operational growth strategy
- Digital commerce infrastructures
