THE CHALLENGE

THE STRATEGIC AGENDA

Your responsibility will be to convert those questions into actionable strategic decisions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Market Intelligence
Analyse fintech markets, competitive movements, technological developments, customer behaviour, and emerging business models.
Strategic Planning
Develop multi-year strategic frameworks covering digital banking, payments, WealthTech, financial platforms, and AI-enabled services.
Commercial Analysis
Build business cases, financial models, opportunity assessments, market-sizing frameworks, and investment recommendations.
Innovation Strategy
Identify emerging technologies with meaningful potential and assess their technical, commercial, and operational implications.
Product Intelligence
Work with product leaders to identify customer problems, market gaps, monetization opportunities, and differentiated digital experiences.
Executive Advisory
Prepare concise, evidence-based recommendations for senior decision-makers and transformation committees.
Performance Architecture
Establish KPIs and strategic measurement systems that connect innovation initiatives to measurable commercial outcomes.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
You will bring a combination of financial acumen, technological literacy, strategic reasoning, and executive communication.
Preferred qualifications include:

7+ years of experience in fintech, banking, strategy consulting, financial technology, payments, investment analysis, or digital transformation.

Strong understanding of financial-services business models.

Demonstrated expertise in market and competitive intelligence.

Excellent financial modelling and analytical capabilities.

Strong understanding of AI and emerging financial technologies.

Experience developing executive-level strategic recommendations.
