TURN FINANCIAL TECHNOLOGY INTO A GROWTH ENGINE
We are looking for a commercially formidable Director to lead growth across digital payments and technology-enabled financial services.
The ideal candidate understands that fintech growth is not simply about acquiring more customers.
It is about creating an ecosystem where products, transactions, partnerships, customer behavior, technology, and revenue reinforce one another.
You will be responsible for identifying high-value opportunities, building strategic relationships, developing expansion strategies, and transforming financial technology capabilities into sustainable commercial growth.
THE COMMERCIAL MISSION
You will:
- Develop and execute a GCC fintech growth strategy.
- Identify high-potential markets, customer segments, and financial-product opportunities.
- Lead expansion strategies for digital-payment and fintech products.
- Develop strategic partnerships with financial institutions, merchants, fintech platforms, and technology providers.
- Structure and negotiate complex commercial agreements.
- Develop pricing, monetization, and revenue-growth strategies.
- Analyze transaction economics and customer lifetime value.
- Identify opportunities across embedded finance and digital commerce.
- Work with product teams to improve customer adoption and retention.
- Build market-entry strategies for new territories.
- Establish commercial performance dashboards.
- Present growth strategies and investment cases to executive leadership.
- Lead multidisciplinary commercial initiatives across product, technology, finance, and operations.

IDEAL PROFILE
- 10+ years in fintech, payments, banking, digital commerce, strategy, or technology partnerships.
- Demonstrated commercial leadership experience.
- Strong knowledge of payment economics and digital financial ecosystems.
- Proven record of developing strategic partnerships.
- Strong financial analysis and business-development capabilities.
- Excellent negotiation and executive communication skills.
- Experience scaling products across multiple markets.
