Position Summary
A large-scale fintech transformation initiative in Riyadh is seeking a Lead Fintech Finance & Business Operations Manager to oversee financial performance management, revenue optimization, and business operations governance across intelligent payment ecosystems and digital financial platforms.
The organization operates across high-growth fintech verticals including digital payments, embedded finance, merchant acquiring systems, AI-driven financial automation, open banking infrastructure, and enterprise financial services platforms.
This role requires a commercially sharp finance professional capable of bridging financial governance, operational execution, and fintech business growth within a highly dynamic digital ecosystem.
Strategic Responsibilities
Financial Operations & Revenue Management
- Oversee financial performance tracking across fintech products and digital payment systems
- Analyze revenue streams, transaction economics, and profitability across financial platforms
- Develop financial reporting frameworks supporting executive decision-making
- Monitor cost structures and operational efficiency across fintech ecosystems
- Support financial forecasting and budgeting for digital finance operations
Business Operations & Fintech Execution
- Align financial operations with product and engineering roadmaps
- Improve operational workflows across payments, onboarding, and transaction systems
- Support scalability of fintech platforms through financial process optimization
- Coordinate cross-functional execution between finance, product, and technology teams
- Ensure operational readiness for new fintech product launches
Compliance & Financial Governance Integration
- Ensure financial operations comply with regulatory and internal governance frameworks
- Support audit readiness and financial transparency initiatives
- Monitor transaction integrity and financial control systems
- Collaborate with compliance teams on financial risk mitigation strategies
- Strengthen governance across enterprise fintech operations
Commercial Strategy & Growth Support
- Identify revenue optimization opportunities across fintech ecosystems
- Support pricing strategy development for financial products and services
- Contribute to business expansion and market penetration strategies
- Deliver financial insights supporting strategic investment decisions
- Work with leadership on long-term financial sustainability planning
Candidate Profile
- Strong background in finance, business operations, fintech, or financial strategy
- 5–12 years of experience in financial operations or fintech business environments
- Strong understanding of digital payments and financial systems
- Experience in revenue management or financial performance analytics
- Strong commercial awareness and analytical thinking
