Engineer the Cloud Behind Modern Banking
A rapidly growing fintech enterprise is looking for a Lead Fintech DevOps Developer to build secure, automated, and resilient cloud environments supporting digital banking, payment services, lending platforms, and financial data ecosystems.
You’ll combine software development expertise with cloud engineering, infrastructure automation, and DevSecOps practices to ensure financial platforms remain scalable, secure, and continuously available.
Your Responsibilities
- Develop cloud-native financial applications.
- Build Infrastructure-as-Code solutions.
- Design automated CI/CD pipelines.
- Implement Kubernetes orchestration strategies.
- Improve application observability and monitoring.
- Strengthen cloud security controls.
- Optimize infrastructure performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with software engineering and cybersecurity teams.
- Lead platform modernization initiatives.
- Mentor DevOps and software engineering teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
- 6+ years of software engineering or DevOps experience.
- Strong expertise in Python, Go, or Bash.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Advanced Kubernetes and Docker knowledge.
- Experience with Terraform or Ansible.
- Familiarity with GitOps and cloud security practices.
- Excellent troubleshooting and leadership skills.
