A leading fintech organization is seeking an exceptional Lead Fintech Automation Developer to engineer advanced software platforms that automate financial workflows, enhance fraud detection, streamline regulatory reporting, optimize transaction processing, and improve operational efficiency through intelligent automation.
This strategic role combines enterprise software engineering, cloud-native architecture, and AI-assisted automation to deliver transformative financial technology solutions.
Primary Responsibilities
- Develop intelligent financial automation platforms.
- Build scalable backend services supporting digital banking.
- Engineer secure APIs for financial applications.
- Design workflow orchestration engines.
- Develop AI-assisted fraud monitoring solutions.
- Optimize enterprise software performance.
- Integrate financial systems with cloud infrastructure.
- Lead technical architecture initiatives.
- Collaborate with data scientists and DevSecOps engineers.
- Mentor software development teams.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, or Information Technology.
- 6+ years of enterprise software engineering experience.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Java, or C#.
- Experience with FastAPI, Spring Boot, or ASP.NET Core.
- Cloud platform expertise (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
- Kubernetes and Docker experience.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure-as-Code.
- Excellent analytical, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
