As Lead Engineer – Financial Cloud Platforms & Platform Reliability, you will architect and optimize mission-critical infrastructure supporting digital payments, financial APIs, real-time transaction processing, and enterprise banking services. This role blends advanced cloud engineering, automation, and reliability practices to ensure seamless customer experiences at scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Design highly available cloud infrastructure for financial applications.
- Implement Infrastructure-as-Code and automated deployment pipelines.
- Optimize platform performance, scalability, and observability.
- Develop disaster recovery and business continuity strategies.
- Strengthen cloud security and compliance controls.
- Collaborate with software engineering teams to improve system reliability.
- Build monitoring, alerting, and incident response capabilities.
- Automate operational workflows and infrastructure management.
- Support enterprise migration to cloud-native technologies.
- Mentor engineers in reliability engineering best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Cloud Computing, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure or Site Reliability Engineering.
- Expertise in distributed systems and enterprise-scale cloud platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent collaboration and technical leadership skills.
