Role Overview
A high-growth fintech initiative in Riyadh is seeking a visionary and execution-driven Lead Embedded Finance Strategist – Digital Ecosystems, Financial Product Integration & Market Expansion to lead the development and expansion of embedded financial services across diverse platforms.
This role focuses on embedding financial capabilities into everyday digital experiences, enabling businesses to offer payments, credit, and financial tools directly within their platforms.
You will combine strategic thinking with technical understanding, driving product innovation, partnership development, and market expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategy for embedded finance product development and integration
- Identify and develop partnerships with digital platforms and ecosystems
- Design financial products for embedded use cases (payments, lending, wallets)
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement scalable solutions
- Develop go-to-market strategies for embedded finance offerings
- Analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities
- Ensure compliance with Saudi financial regulations
- Manage product lifecycle from concept to deployment
- Monitor product performance and optimize user experience
- Mentor teams and drive innovation
- Build relationships with stakeholders and partners
- Provide strategic insights to leadership
Required Candidate Profile
- Degree in Finance, Business, or related discipline
- 6+ years of experience in fintech, product strategy, or digital platforms
- Strong understanding of embedded finance and digital ecosystems
- Experience with financial product development
- Strong leadership and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Preferred Skills
- Experience with API-based financial services
- Knowledge of payments, lending, and digital wallets
- Familiarity with platform business models
- Exposure to fintech innovation and product design
