Role Overview
A rapidly scaling fintech initiative in Riyadh is seeking a strategic and insight-driven Lead Data Analyst – Financial Insights, Customer Intelligence & Predictive Analytics to transform raw financial data into actionable intelligence that drives business decisions.
This role is designed for a professional who can translate complex datasets into clear, impactful insights, enabling product optimization, customer engagement, and revenue growth.
You will work closely with product, marketing, and risk teams to uncover patterns, predict trends, and support data-driven strategies across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze financial and transactional data to generate actionable insights
- Develop dashboards and reports using BI tools
- Identify trends in customer behavior and financial performance
- Support decision-making through data-driven recommendations
- Build predictive models for customer segmentation and forecasting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align analytics with business goals
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency
- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis for strategic initiatives
- Ensure compliance with Saudi data and financial regulations
- Mentor junior analysts and promote data literacy
- Present findings to senior stakeholders
Required Candidate Profile
- Degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, or related discipline
- 6+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel, and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Experience with financial data and analytics
- Strong analytical and storytelling skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
Preferred Skills
- Experience with predictive analytics and statistical modeling
- Knowledge of fintech platforms and digital financial services
- Familiarity with Python or R
- Exposure to customer analytics and segmentation
