About the Role
An internationally respected fintech banking institution is seeking an innovative Lead Data Analyst – Financial Performance, AI & Digital Banking Innovation to lead enterprise analytics initiatives supporting digital banking transformation, customer intelligence, operational optimization, and artificial intelligence-driven business innovation.
This strategic analytical leadership role combines financial analytics, business intelligence, predictive modelling, AI-assisted decision support, and enterprise performance management. The successful candidate will develop analytical frameworks that empower executive leadership to make informed strategic decisions while strengthening customer experiences, operational resilience, and commercial performance across multiple digital banking products and services.
Working alongside executive leadership, AI engineers, software developers, cloud architects, fraud specialists, compliance professionals, finance executives, product managers, and customer experience teams, you will help build one of the region’s most advanced data-driven fintech banking environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise analytics programmes supporting digital banking innovation.
- Design executive dashboards, business intelligence platforms, and performance reporting frameworks.
- Develop predictive analytical models supporting customer engagement, financial forecasting, and operational efficiency.
- Analyze customer journeys, payment trends, lending performance, and digital banking adoption.
- Collaborate with AI and Data Science teams to implement intelligent analytics solutions.
- Build enterprise KPI frameworks aligned with organizational strategy.
- Conduct root cause investigations into business performance challenges.
- Support product teams with customer insights and market intelligence.
- Ensure enterprise data quality, governance, and reporting consistency.
- Present analytical findings to executive committees and senior leadership.
- Mentor data analysts and promote analytical capability development.
- Contribute to long-term enterprise data strategy and innovation initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
- Master’s degree in Data Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, Business Intelligence, or Finance is highly advantageous.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in enterprise analytics, banking intelligence, or financial performance analysis.
- Strong understanding of fintech products, digital banking ecosystems, and advanced analytical methodologies.
- Outstanding leadership, business communication, and presentation skills.
