Position Summary
A leading fintech innovation ecosystem in Dubai is recruiting a Lead Customer Success Manager to oversee strategic enterprise relationships across advanced digital payment infrastructure, intelligent banking solutions, embedded finance ecosystems, and next-generation financial technology platforms.
The organization supports sophisticated fintech operations across digital wallets, merchant acquiring systems, cross-border payment infrastructure, AI-driven transaction intelligence, financial automation platforms, and enterprise financial APIs.
This role requires a commercially intelligent, relationship-driven fintech professional capable of balancing customer engagement excellence, technical coordination, operational optimization, and long-term business growth within highly dynamic financial technology environments.
Strategic Responsibilities
Enterprise Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary strategic advisor for enterprise fintech clients and institutional partners
- Manage complex customer portfolios across digital banking and intelligent payment ecosystems
- Build trusted executive relationships supporting long-term customer loyalty and retention
- Coordinate onboarding, migration, and enterprise implementation programs
- Ensure clients successfully adopt and optimize fintech products within their operational environments
Customer Success Strategy & Growth
- Develop scalable customer success frameworks for rapidly expanding fintech ecosystems
- Monitor customer engagement metrics, platform performance, and account health indicators
- Identify commercial opportunities for service expansion and ecosystem growth
- Support strategic upselling initiatives involving fintech infrastructure and value-added services
- Create proactive engagement strategies improving customer satisfaction and retention performance
Operational Excellence & Client Advocacy
- Act as the internal voice of enterprise customers across product and operational teams
- Resolve complex client escalations involving payments, integrations, onboarding, or platform performance
- Collaborate with technical teams to improve customer experience delivery
- Coordinate customer education initiatives and fintech product enablement programs
- Deliver strategic business reviews and operational performance reporting to clients
Fintech Innovation Support
- Gather market intelligence and customer insights supporting fintech product evolution
- Collaborate with AI, analytics, and product teams on customer experience optimization
- Support enterprise digital transformation initiatives involving financial technology modernization
- Advise leadership on customer trends affecting fintech strategy and platform innovation
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong experience within fintech customer success, digital banking relationship management, SaaS account management, or enterprise financial services
- Deep understanding of payment infrastructure, digital financial products, and customer lifecycle management
- Experience managing enterprise stakeholders and strategic commercial relationships
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to thrive within fast-scaling fintech transformation environments
