Job Overview
This role focuses on designing and optimizing crypto trading systems and liquidity infrastructure that support high-frequency, algorithmic, and institutional-grade digital asset trading.
You will architect systems that enable real-time execution, liquidity aggregation, and market-making strategies across multiple digital asset exchanges and liquidity pools.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop crypto trading engine architectures supporting spot, derivatives, and OTC markets.
- Build low-latency execution systems for high-frequency trading environments.
- Integrate with centralized and decentralized exchanges (CEX/DEX) for liquidity aggregation.
- Develop algorithmic trading infrastructure, including order matching and execution optimization.
- Implement risk management systems for volatility exposure and position monitoring.
- Optimize liquidity routing strategies across fragmented crypto markets.
- Ensure system reliability under high volatility and extreme market conditions.
Technical Environment
- High-performance trading systems (low-latency engines)
- Market data streaming (WebSocket, Kafka)
- Algorithmic trading frameworks
- API integrations with crypto exchanges
- Risk analytics and real-time monitoring systems
Required Skills & Experience
- 7–12 years in trading systems, fintech engineering, or crypto infrastructure
- Strong understanding of market microstructure and liquidity dynamics
- Experience with algorithmic trading systems or exchange integration
- Proficiency in high-performance backend engineering
- Knowledge of crypto markets, volatility modeling, and execution strategies
