The organization is seeking a Lead Cross-Border Payments Developer to architect enterprise payment engines capable of supporting financial institutions, multinational businesses, and digital commerce platforms throughout the GCC and beyond.
You’ll collaborate with global engineering teams to create highly resilient financial systems that combine speed, security, compliance, and exceptional customer experience.
Your Responsibilities
Financial Platform Engineering
- Build enterprise payment processing systems.
- Develop secure API integration services.
- Engineer event-driven transaction platforms.
- Optimize payment routing engines.
- Design highly available backend architectures.
Cloud Development
- Build cloud-native applications.
- Develop CI/CD automation pipelines.
- Improve platform observability.
- Enhance cloud security.
- Optimize distributed systems.
Technical Leadership
- Mentor engineering teams.
- Conduct architecture reviews.
- Establish software engineering standards.
- Support product innovation.
- Collaborate with executive stakeholders.
Professional Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Software Engineering.
- 6+ years developing enterprise software.
- Advanced expertise in Java, Go, C#, or Python.
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Strong API development experience.
- Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases.
- Familiarity with distributed systems.
- Excellent communication skills.
