Position Summary
An elite financial technology transformation initiative in Riyadh is recruiting a Lead Business Development Manager to drive enterprise growth across embedded finance ecosystems, intelligent banking infrastructure, digital commerce integrations, and AI-powered financial platforms.
The organization is building highly scalable fintech ecosystems supporting enterprise banking APIs, digital lending platforms, merchant finance infrastructure, smart payment orchestration systems, cross-border financial operations, and intelligent financial automation services.
This strategic role requires a commercially intelligent fintech leader capable of building high-value partnerships while supporting long-term digital finance expansion across the Gulf market.
Strategic Responsibilities
Commercial Expansion & Strategic Partnerships
- Develop enterprise growth strategies for fintech products and digital financial infrastructure
- Build strategic alliances with banks, enterprise technology firms, e-commerce ecosystems, telecom providers, and digital commerce platforms
- Drive adoption of embedded financial services and API-driven banking solutions
- Identify scalable revenue opportunities across emerging fintech sectors
- Negotiate complex commercial agreements and strategic fintech partnerships
Enterprise Sales Leadership
- Manage the complete business development lifecycle from prospecting through partnership execution
- Deliver enterprise fintech presentations and solution demonstrations to executive stakeholders
- Develop tailored commercial proposals supporting digital finance transformation initiatives
- Collaborate with legal and compliance teams during contract structuring and partnership negotiations
- Build sustainable sales pipelines and enterprise growth forecasts
Fintech Ecosystem Intelligence
- Monitor regional fintech trends, regulatory developments, and market expansion opportunities
- Conduct competitor analysis and commercial positioning assessments
- Deliver strategic market insights supporting executive growth decisions
- Identify opportunities involving digital banking modernization, embedded finance adoption, and payment innovation
Internal Collaboration & Growth Enablement
- Work closely with product and engineering teams on solution customization for enterprise clients
- Coordinate onboarding and integration support for strategic partners
- Support customer success initiatives aimed at improving long-term client retention
- Participate in enterprise innovation programs and digital finance transformation initiatives
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong experience within fintech sales, strategic partnerships, enterprise banking solutions, or business development leadership
- Deep understanding of embedded finance, digital payments, and enterprise fintech ecosystems
- Proven success managing high-value B2B relationships and commercial negotiations
- Excellent presentation, networking, and commercial strategy capabilities
- Strong analytical thinking and market expansion expertise
