Role Overview
A rapidly scaling fintech initiative in Riyadh is seeking a strategic and innovative Lead Behavioral Design Strategist – Financial Engagement, Customer Psychology & Product Innovation to lead behavioral design initiatives across its digital financial platforms.
This role focuses on creating behavior-driven product strategies that enhance engagement, improve financial outcomes, and drive long-term customer loyalty.
You will combine behavioral science with product strategy, influencing how financial services are designed, delivered, and experienced.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead behavioral design strategy across fintech products
- Develop frameworks to improve user engagement and retention
- Analyze customer data to identify behavioral patterns
- Design interventions to influence financial decisions
- Collaborate with product, design, and analytics teams
- Conduct experiments and validate behavioral hypotheses
- Ensure ethical and responsible use of behavioral techniques
- Mentor teams and promote behavioral design best practices
- Align behavioral strategies with business objectives
- Monitor performance and optimize interventions
- Stay updated on behavioral science and fintech innovation
- Provide insights to leadership on customer behavior trends
Required Candidate Profile
- Degree in Psychology, Behavioral Economics, or related discipline
- 6+ years of experience in behavioral design or product strategy
- Strong understanding of customer psychology and decision-making
- Experience with data-driven experimentation
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to translate behavioral insights into product features
Preferred Skills
- Experience with fintech or digital financial services
- Knowledge of UX/UI design and product development
- Familiarity with analytics and experimentation tools
