Position Overview
A respected organization is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead people strategies that attract, develop, and retain top talent. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing the full employee lifecycle, strengthening workplace culture, and ensuring compliance with employment regulations while supporting organizational growth and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement human resources strategies and policies.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning initiatives.
- Lead performance management and employee development programs.
- Manage employee relations and resolve workplace issues professionally.
- Administer compensation, benefits, and reward programs.
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation and internal policies.
- Coordinate learning, leadership, and succession planning initiatives.
- Monitor HR metrics and prepare executive workforce reports.
- Support organizational change management and culture development.
- Manage HR budgets and departmental operations.
- Partner with leadership to achieve strategic workforce objectives.
- Promote diversity, inclusion, and employee engagement initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in human resources management.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, employment regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Strong conflict resolution and negotiation abilities.
- Experience with HR information systems and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Professional HR certifications are an advantage.
