Primary Responsibilities
- Lead recruitment for technical and business positions across the fintech organization.
- Develop workforce planning strategies supporting organizational growth.
- Manage employee onboarding and career development programmes.
- Coordinate performance management and professional development initiatives.
- Partner with department leaders to address workforce challenges.
- Support employee engagement and organizational culture programmes.
- Maintain HR policies, procedures, and operational documentation.
- Monitor HR metrics and prepare executive workforce reports.
- Coordinate learning initiatives and leadership development activities.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline.
- Experience in HR management within fintech, banking, technology, or professional services.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, talent management, and employee engagement.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
