An internationally operating fintech institution is seeking an experienced Head – Digital Commerce & Payments Strategy to lead strategic initiatives that accelerate payment innovation, merchant ecosystem expansion, and digital commerce transformation throughout the Gulf region.
This influential leadership position will oversee high-value commercial initiatives while collaborating with executive leadership, financial institutions, payment providers, regulators, and technology partners to deliver world-class financial experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop enterprise payment growth strategies.
- Lead digital commerce transformation initiatives.

Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Management, Economics, Information Systems, Marketing, or related discipline.
- MBA or postgraduate qualification preferred.
- Minimum 9 years of experience in fintech, payments, digital commerce, or financial services.
- Strong executive leadership and commercial development experience.
- Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management capabilities.
