Role Overview
An internationally expanding fintech enterprise is searching for a commercially driven Vice President – Intelligent Payments & Merchant Solutions to accelerate payment innovation and merchant ecosystem growth across the GCC.
This executive role combines strategic leadership with commercial execution, focusing on building scalable payment acceptance solutions, enhancing customer experiences, and strengthening partnerships with financial institutions and enterprise merchants.
Core Responsibilities
- Develop enterprise payment growth strategies.
- Expand merchant acquiring and payment acceptance networks.
- Lead commercialization of innovative payment solutions.
- Strengthen relationships with financial institutions and enterprise clients.
- Drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
- Oversee regional product launches and go-to-market strategies.
- Optimize transaction performance and operational efficiency.
- Lead multidisciplinary commercial teams.
- Monitor payment industry trends and competitive intelligence.
- Represent the organization at regional fintech conferences.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or Information Systems.
- MBA preferred.
- Minimum 12 years of leadership experience in fintech, payments, banking, or digital commerce.
- Strong negotiation, commercial leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience managing enterprise payment portfolios.
