The Group Director of Autonomous RegTech, Cyber Financial Defense & Intelligent Governance Systems will be responsible for creating AI-driven compliance environments, predictive cyber defense networks, automated risk management platforms, and intelligent regulatory monitoring systems that ensure secure and responsible financial innovation.
Executive Responsibilities
- Build enterprise-wide strategies for automated regulatory compliance, cybersecurity resilience, and digital governance excellence.
- Lead international teams of cybersecurity engineers, compliance technology specialists, AI researchers, digital forensic investigators, and risk analysts.
- Develop intelligent surveillance platforms capable of detecting suspicious financial behavior, cyber threats, and operational vulnerabilities in real time.
- Establish zero-trust security frameworks, advanced encryption systems, identity management platforms, and secure cloud infrastructures.
- Implement AI-based compliance automation capable of generating real-time risk reports and continuous regulatory assessments.
- Design strategic cyber resilience programs including threat simulations, incident response planning, and digital infrastructure protection.
- Guide senior executives on technology risks, governance strategies, and future digital security investments.
Professional Excellence Requirements
- Master’s degree, MBA, or PhD in Cybersecurity, Financial Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Digital Risk, Information Security, or related disciplines.
- 15–20 years of executive experience in fintech cybersecurity, regulatory technology, digital governance, enterprise technology protection, or financial risk management.
- Exceptional understanding of AI security, advanced cryptography, cloud security architecture, financial crime prevention technologies, and enterprise risk frameworks.
- Outstanding leadership, crisis management, strategic planning, and international stakeholder engagement capabilities.
