Strategic Role Summary
The Group Chief Transformation Officer will oversee enterprise-wide modernization involving intelligent urban payment systems, integrated municipal finance infrastructure, predictive operational analytics, cloud-native transaction architecture, and enterprise digital commerce transformation.
The successful candidate will operate at the intersection of fintech innovation, smart infrastructure modernization, operational intelligence engineering, and future urban economy transformation.
Core Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise smart city payment modernization and urban finance transformation initiatives.
- Design scalable transaction ecosystems supporting transportation, retail, utilities, and municipal services.
- Build AI-powered citizen financial intelligence systems improving engagement and operational visibility.
- Develop intelligent payment orchestration infrastructure supporting seamless real-time urban transactions.
- Oversee cloud-native modernization across integrated city-scale financial ecosystems.
- Implement interoperability frameworks connecting banks, payment gateways, municipal systems, and enterprise commerce platforms.
- Coordinate predictive operational analytics initiatives supporting urban transaction optimization.
- Guide digital onboarding modernization supporting frictionless citizen financial experiences.
- Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to strengthen city-scale payment security and operational resilience.
- Supervise enterprise analytics systems supporting forecasting and customer financial engagement optimization.
- Evaluate emerging technologies shaping future smart-city financial ecosystems.
- Mentor multidisciplinary teams across analytics, operations, engineering, governance, infrastructure modernization, and fintech innovation divisions.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Financial Technology, Urban Systems, Computer Engineering, Economics, or related discipline.
- 12–18 years of experience across payment infrastructure, enterprise fintech modernization, smart commerce ecosystems, or digital banking operations.
- Strong expertise in transaction orchestration, cloud-native infrastructure, and enterprise operational modernization.
- Deep understanding of AI-powered customer analytics and intelligent urban financial ecosystems.
- Experience leading enterprise-scale digital transformation and smart infrastructure modernization initiatives.
- Familiarity with predictive operational intelligence and interoperability governance frameworks.
- Exceptional executive leadership and strategic innovation capabilities.
- GCC smart-city modernization exposure highly advantageous.
