Strategic Mandate
To architect next-generation institutional financial ecosystems integrating:
- Digital asset treasury infrastructures
- Programmable liquidity management systems
- Tokenized settlement frameworks
- Automated capital orchestration engines
- Blockchain-integrated institutional financial operations
Primary Responsibilities
1. Institutional Treasury Transformation
- Design digital treasury systems enabling real-time liquidity visibility and automated capital deployment
- Build programmable financial workflows reducing operational settlement inefficiencies
- Architect multi-asset treasury infrastructures supporting both traditional and digital financial instruments
2. Tokenized Settlement & Liquidity Systems
- Develop frameworks for tokenized institutional settlements and programmable transaction execution
- Build interoperable infrastructures connecting banking systems with digital asset environments
- Design intelligent liquidity optimization systems leveraging automated capital allocation models
3. Risk, Security & Governance
- Build governance frameworks ensuring institutional-grade operational resilience and transparency
- Design digital custody and transaction authorization infrastructures
- Implement advanced monitoring systems for treasury security and compliance oversight
4. Strategic Innovation & Financial Expansion
- Evaluate emerging technologies reshaping institutional finance and settlement operations
- Build partnerships across fintech, banking, and digital financial infrastructure ecosystems
- Lead strategic innovation initiatives surrounding programmable finance and institutional automation
Candidate Requirements
- 12–18 years in treasury operations, fintech strategy, institutional finance, or financial infrastructure leadership
- Strong expertise in liquidity systems, settlement architecture, and digital financial operations
- Experience with blockchain-integrated financial infrastructures and programmable finance ecosystems
- Proven ability to lead large-scale financial transformation initiatives
