Professional Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Systems.
- MBA or equivalent executive qualification preferred.
- Minimum 15 years of executive leadership experience within fintech, digital commerce, banking technology, or enterprise financial services.
- Strong commercial leadership and multinational management experience.
- Proven success leading enterprise transformation.
- Outstanding executive communication and strategic decision-making abilities.
