An internationally respected fintech organization is seeking an accomplished Chief Digital Operations Officer (CDOO) to oversee one of the Gulf’s most ambitious financial transformation initiatives.
This executive role is designed for a transformational leader capable of integrating operational excellence with emerging technologies to create intelligent financial ecosystems serving millions of businesses and consumers.
You will shape enterprise strategy, modernize operational frameworks, accelerate digital innovation, and build scalable financial platforms capable of supporting international expansion.
Your Strategic Mission
As a member of the Executive Leadership Committee, you will lead enterprise-wide operational transformation, ensuring financial services remain secure, scalable, customer-centric, and technologically advanced.

- Lead organization-wide digital transformation.
- Optimize enterprise financial operations.
- Develop intelligent operating models.
- Improve operational efficiency across all business units.

Leadership
- Lead multidisciplinary executive teams.

- Present strategic initiatives to Board executives.

Executive Requirements
- MBA or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Technology Management, or related discipline.
- Minimum 15 years of executive leadership experience.
- Demonstrated success leading enterprise-scale transformation.
- Strong strategic, commercial, and operational expertise.
- Outstanding executive communication skills.
