Operating from a strategic base aligned with United Arab Emirates, this role redefines compliance from a reactive obligation into a programmable, intelligence-driven system.
You will lead the creation of regulatory intelligence infrastructures, transforming complex legal frameworks into machine-readable, executable compliance architectures embedded within financial systems.
II. Core Responsibilities
1. Regulatory Intelligence Architecture
- Develop systems that:
- Translate regulatory texts into structured logic
- Enable automated compliance validation
- Build knowledge graphs of financial regulations across jurisdictions
2. Policy Engineering & Codification
- Convert legal frameworks into:
- Rule engines
- Smart compliance protocols
- Design compliance APIs enabling real-time validation
3. Cross-Jurisdictional Compliance Systems
- Harmonize regulatory requirements across:
- GCC countries
- International financial hubs
- Build adaptable frameworks supporting regulatory variation
4. Supervisory Technology (SupTech) Integration
- Design systems enabling:
- Real-time reporting to regulators
- Automated audit trails
- Integrate regulatory dashboards for oversight bodies
5. Compliance Automation & Monitoring
- Implement continuous monitoring systems:
- Transaction-level compliance checks
- Behavioral anomaly detection
- Ensure explainability and audit transparency

- Deep understanding of:
