Position Summary
A sophisticated financial technology organization is searching for an influential fintech executive to lead the expansion of next-generation financial products and embedded financial ecosystems.
The Global Head of Fintech Growth Strategy & Embedded Finance Innovation will be responsible for designing transformative strategies that integrate financial services directly into digital platforms, creating frictionless experiences across commerce, mobility, technology platforms, and enterprise ecosystems.
This executive will combine market intelligence, technological expertise, customer analytics, and strategic foresight to identify new revenue opportunities and accelerate fintech expansion across regional and international markets.
Core Strategic Duties
- Build and execute comprehensive fintech growth strategies targeting new digital financial markets.
- Design embedded finance ecosystems involving payments, lending solutions, digital wallets, and intelligent financial services.
- Analyze market trends, consumer behaviors, and technological disruptions to identify emerging opportunities.
- Lead digital product strategy from concept development through market deployment and continuous optimization.
- Establish advanced data-driven decision frameworks utilizing AI analytics and customer intelligence.
- Collaborate with engineering, legal, compliance, risk, marketing, and commercial leadership teams.
- Develop scalable partnership strategies involving technology platforms, financial institutions, and digital service providers.
Candidate Profile
- Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Technology Management, Data Science, Business Strategy, or a related discipline.
- 10–18 years of progressive leadership experience within fintech, digital payments, banking technology, or financial innovation.
- Deep understanding of embedded finance architecture, API ecosystems, digital customer journeys, and financial product commercialization.
- Strong analytical capabilities with expertise in fintech market expansion and revenue growth strategies.
- Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and global stakeholder management abilities.
