Strategic Responsibilities
- Develop enterprise-wide AI governance frameworks ensuring responsible, secure, and transparent deployment of intelligent financial technologies.
- Lead cybersecurity engineers, digital forensic experts, compliance specialists, AI researchers, and financial risk professionals across international operations.
- Build predictive threat intelligence platforms capable of identifying cyber risks, fraud attempts, and financial vulnerabilities before they escalate.
- Establish zero-trust security architectures, advanced encryption environments, and intelligent identity management systems.
- Implement automated regulatory technology solutions for continuous compliance monitoring, digital auditing, and risk assessment.
- Direct enterprise cyber resilience programs involving incident response, security testing, crisis management, and infrastructure protection.
- Evaluate emerging technological risks associated with advanced artificial intelligence, digital assets, cloud ecosystems, and future financial networks.
Required Executive Expertise
- Master’s degree or PhD in Cybersecurity, Financial Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Digital Risk Management, or related disciplines.
- Minimum of 15–20 years of senior leadership experience in fintech cybersecurity, AI governance, digital compliance, or enterprise technology protection.
- Comprehensive understanding of AI security systems, cloud security architecture, cryptographic technologies, financial crime prevention, and international technology governance.
- Outstanding leadership capabilities, strategic thinking, and high-level decision-making expertise.
