An internationally recognized financial technology enterprise is seeking an accomplished Global Director – Financial Intelligence & AI Platforms to lead the design and execution of enterprise artificial intelligence initiatives that will redefine decision-making across digital banking, payments, financial operations, and customer engagement.

Executive Leadership Responsibilities
- Define enterprise AI and financial intelligence strategy.
- Lead development of predictive analytics platforms supporting digital financial services.
- Build enterprise data architecture for real-time financial insights.
- Oversee machine learning initiatives focused on fraud prevention, customer intelligence, and operational optimization.
- Establish AI governance and responsible technology standards.
- Drive cloud-native analytics modernization programmes.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, compliance, and executive leadership teams.
- Present enterprise technology investment recommendations to board stakeholders.
- Build high-performing multidisciplinary technology teams.
- Champion innovation through continuous research and emerging technologies.
Executive Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Finance, or Information Systems.
- MBA is highly desirable.
- Minimum 12 years of leadership experience within fintech, digital banking, AI engineering, or enterprise analytics.
- Strong expertise in enterprise AI, cloud computing, financial analytics, and technology strategy.
- Proven ability to lead complex international transformation programmes.
