Leadership Responsibilities

Professional Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in fintech, digital banking, enterprise product management, or financial services.
- Strong understanding of ESG reporting frameworks, financial analytics, and digital product strategy.
- Proven leadership experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and executive presentation skills.
