Position Overview

An exciting opportunity is available for an innovative and highly skilled Full Stack Developer to contribute to the design, development, and continuous enhancement of next-generation digital financial platforms. This role is ideal for a software professional who enjoys working across both frontend and backend technologies to deliver secure, scalable, and high-performing applications that support modern banking, digital payments, and financial services.

The successful candidate will collaborate with software engineers, solution architects, UX/UI designers, DevOps specialists, QA engineers, and product managers to build cloud-native applications that deliver exceptional user experiences while maintaining enterprise-grade security, reliability, and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain modern web applications using frontend and backend technologies.
• Build responsive and intuitive user interfaces with modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Develop secure RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Integrate applications with payment gateways and third-party enterprise platforms.
• Design scalable database structures and optimize application performance.
• Participate in system architecture discussions and technical planning.
• Develop reusable, maintainable, and testable code.
• Implement authentication, authorization, and data security best practices.
• Perform code reviews and mentor junior developers.
• Collaborate with DevOps teams to support CI/CD deployment pipelines.
• Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application stability.
• Develop automated unit and integration tests.
• Maintain technical documentation and coding standards.
• Contribute to continuous platform modernization initiatives.
• Stay informed about emerging software development technologies and frameworks.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Experience developing enterprise web applications.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, C#, Java, Python, or Node.js.
• Experience with React, Angular, Vue.js, or similar frontend frameworks.
• Strong understanding of backend frameworks such as Spring Boot, ASP.NET Core, Express.js, or Django.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, Git, and cloud platforms.
• Strong understanding of Agile software development methodologies.
