Role: Remote Fintech WealthTech Client Operations & Reporting Analyst
Location: Remote (Aligned with United Arab Emirates Financial Sector)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Role Purpose
To support the operational and reporting functions of a digital wealth management platform, ensuring accurate client data management, portfolio reporting, and operational efficiency.
Competency Tiers
Tier 1: Core Operational Competencies
- Manage client account data and ensure accuracy
- Process investment-related transactions
- Maintain operational records
Tier 2: Analytical & Reporting Competencies
- Generate portfolio performance reports
- Analyze investment data and trends
- Provide insights to stakeholders
Tier 3: Client Interaction Competencies
- Respond to client inquiries related to portfolios and accounts
- Support onboarding and account setup processes
- Maintain high standards of service delivery
Tier 4: Compliance & Risk Competencies
- Ensure adherence to financial regulations
- Monitor transactions for irregularities
- Support audit and compliance reporting
Extended Responsibilities
- Coordinate with portfolio managers and technical teams
- Improve reporting frameworks and automation
- Identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements
Required Qualifications
- 4–8 years of experience in wealth management operations, fintech, or financial services
- Understanding of investment products and portfolio management
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Experience working remotely with cross-functional teams
