A Day in This Role
You start your day reviewing partnership performance metrics—API usage, transaction volumes, and partner engagement levels. By mid-morning, you’re on a call with a platform partner discussing how embedded payment solutions can be better integrated into their user journey.
Later, you collaborate with internal product and technical teams to refine API offerings, ensuring they align with partner needs. In the afternoon, you analyze onboarding pipelines, identifying bottlenecks and opportunities to accelerate partner activation.
This is not just a relationship management role—it’s a strategic position at the core of embedded finance growth.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Managing relationships with platform partners integrating fintech solutions
- Driving adoption of embedded finance products (payments, lending, wallets)
- Supporting API integration processes from onboarding to deployment
- Monitoring partner performance and identifying growth opportunities
- Collaborating with product teams to improve partner experience
- Providing feedback loops between partners and internal stakeholders
What You Bring to the Table
- 4–7 years of experience in fintech partnerships, business development, or product roles
- Understanding of embedded finance concepts and API-based services
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to interpret data and translate it into strategic actions
