Role Summary
This role is divided into key functional domains, each representing a critical component of a digital wealth management platform. The position requires coordination across investment operations, customer account management, and reporting functions.
Functional Domains
Investment Account Operations
- Manage client investment accounts and portfolios
- Ensure accurate recording of asset allocations
- Monitor account activity and balances
Trade Execution Support
- Support execution of investment trades
- Ensure correct routing and settlement of trades
- Monitor trade success and completion
Portfolio Performance Monitoring
- Track portfolio performance metrics
- Analyze returns and investment outcomes
- Identify discrepancies in portfolio data
Client Reporting & Communication
- Generate detailed investment reports
- Provide insights on portfolio performance
- Ensure clarity and accuracy in client communications
Compliance & Data Integrity
- Ensure adherence to financial regulations
- Maintain accurate and secure client data
- Support audit and compliance processes
Extended Responsibilities
- Improve platform efficiency and usability
- Collaborate with product and finance teams
- Enhance reporting capabilities
Required Qualifications
- 5–9 years of experience in wealth management, investment operations, or fintech
- Strong understanding of portfolio and trade processes
- Analytical and detail-oriented mindset
- Ability to work remotely with cross-functional teams
