Position: Remote Fintech Treasury & Liquidity Operations Manager

Role Synopsis
This role is anchored in the critical function of managing liquidity, treasury operations, and financial risk exposure within a digitally enabled financial ecosystem. The Remote Fintech Treasury & Liquidity Operations Manager will oversee real-time financial positioning, ensuring optimal allocation of funds across multiple channels while maintaining operational agility.
Operational Lifecycle Ownership
Stage 1: Liquidity Planning & Forecasting
- Develop dynamic models to forecast short-term and long-term liquidity needs.
- Monitor inflows and outflows across payment systems, lending portfolios, and operational accounts.
- Establish contingency frameworks for liquidity stress scenarios.
Stage 2: Treasury Execution
- Manage daily treasury operations, including fund transfers, settlements, and cash positioning.
- Optimize allocation of funds across various financial instruments and accounts.
- Ensure efficient utilization of capital to minimize idle balances.
Stage 3: Risk Management Integration
- Identify and mitigate risks related to currency exposure, interest rate fluctuations, and counterparty risk.
- Implement internal controls to safeguard financial assets and ensure transaction integrity.
Stage 4: Reporting & Compliance
- Generate comprehensive treasury reports for internal stakeholders and regulatory bodies.
- Ensure adherence to financial regulations and audit requirements within the GCC region.
Required Expertise
- Strong background in treasury management, liquidity operations, or financial risk management.
- Familiarity with payment systems, settlement cycles, and cash flow modeling.
- Proficiency in financial tools and treasury management systems.
