As fintech platforms evolve beyond transactional services, subscription-based and recurring revenue models are becoming essential for long-term sustainability. This role focuses on designing and optimizing monetization frameworks that maximize revenue while improving customer value perception.


Functional Responsibility Layers


1. Revenue Model Design Layer

  • Develop subscription-based financial service models (premium accounts, tiered features, SaaS fintech tools)
  • Define pricing structures aligned with user value and market positioning
  • Analyze competitor monetization strategies within fintech ecosystems

2. Customer Value Optimization Layer

  • Identify high-value features suitable for monetization
  • Design bundled financial service offerings (payments + analytics + advisory tools)
  • Optimize perceived value to improve subscription conversion rates

3. Behavioral Monetization Layer

  • Analyze user behavior to identify monetization triggers
  • Develop segmentation models for targeted pricing strategies
  • Implement dynamic pricing experiments based on user engagement patterns

4. Revenue Performance Layer

  • Track recurring revenue metrics (MRR, churn rate, lifetime value)
  • Optimize conversion funnels for subscription upgrades
  • Conduct A/B testing on pricing models and feature access tiers

Technical & Analytical Requirements

  • Strong understanding of fintech business models and digital monetization strategies
  • Experience with subscription platforms or SaaS revenue systems
  • Proficiency in data analysis and customer behavior modeling
  • Familiarity with pricing experimentation frameworks

Professional Profile

  • 5–9 years in fintech product strategy, revenue optimization, or digital business modeling
  • Experience with subscription-based digital platforms or financial services
  • Strong analytical and commercial thinking ability
