Core Strategic Responsibilities
Product Development & Innovation
- Design tailored financing products for SMEs, including working capital loans, invoice financing, and credit lines.
- Leverage data analytics to create customized financing solutions.
- Continuously refine products based on market feedback and performance metrics.
Market Expansion
- Identify underserved segments within the SME market and develop strategies to capture new opportunities.
- Collaborate with partners to expand distribution channels and product reach.
- Adapt products to meet local market needs and regulatory requirements.
Financial Performance Management
- Monitor product performance, including loan volumes, repayment rates, and profitability.
- Optimize pricing and risk models to ensure sustainable growth.
- Balance growth objectives with risk management considerations.
Customer-Centric Approach
- Enhance user experience through simplified application processes and fast approvals.
- Implement tools for customer engagement and retention.
- Gather and analyze feedback to improve product offerings.
Candidate Profile
- Experience in lending products, SME financing, or fintech product management.
- Strong understanding of credit risk, financial modeling, and market dynamics.
- Ability to combine strategic thinking with execution.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
