A rapidly growing fintech organization is looking for an experienced Fintech Risk Modeling & Portfolio Analytics Lead to develop sophisticated analytical models that optimize credit portfolios, transaction monitoring, customer risk assessment, and financial forecasting.
Working closely with data scientists, finance professionals, compliance specialists, and product leaders, you will help strengthen enterprise decision-making while enhancing financial stability and sustainable growth.
Primary Responsibilities
- Design predictive financial risk models.
- Analyze lending portfolios and transactional performance.
- Build enterprise risk dashboards and analytical reports.
- Support pricing, underwriting, and portfolio optimization.
- Monitor model performance and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with AI, engineering, and compliance teams.
- Conduct scenario analysis and financial forecasting.
- Improve enterprise risk governance through analytics.
- Present strategic findings to senior management.
- Mentor junior analytics professionals.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Finance, Mathematics, Economics, Data Science, or related discipline.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in financial analytics, fintech, banking, or enterprise risk.
- Strong expertise in predictive modeling and quantitative analysis.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience with enterprise business intelligence platforms.
