Role Overview
The Fintech Risk Analytics & Decisioning Specialist is responsible for analyzing financial data, assessing risk levels, and supporting decision-making processes related to transactions, lending, or user activity within Bahrain’s fintech ecosystem.

- Analyze transaction data to identify risk indicators.
- Apply predefined rules to assess financial risks.
- Support routine risk evaluation processes.
Advanced Analysis
- Develop risk models and scoring methodologies.
- Identify patterns and trends in financial data.
- Provide recommendations for risk mitigation strategies.
Strategic Decisioning
- Contribute to risk policy development.
- Support high-level decision-making with analytical insights.
- Collaborate with leadership on risk management strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct risk analysis across financial transactions and user activities.

Required Qualifications
- 5–9 years of experience in risk analytics, fintech, or financial analysis.
