Role Overview
The Regulatory Compliance & Reporting Analyst is responsible for ensuring that fintech operations align with applicable financial regulations, reporting obligations, and compliance frameworks. The role requires a deep understanding of regulatory landscapes and the ability to translate complex requirements into operational processes.
Primary Responsibilities
Regulatory Monitoring & Interpretation
- Track evolving fintech and financial services regulations
- Interpret regulatory requirements and assess their operational impact
- Provide actionable compliance recommendations
Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare and submit regulatory reports to relevant authorities
- Maintain accurate compliance documentation
- Ensure transparency and audit readiness
Compliance Framework Development
- Design and implement compliance procedures
- Strengthen internal controls and governance structures
- Support risk and compliance audits
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with legal, finance, and operations teams
- Align compliance strategies with business objectives
- Provide training on regulatory requirements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, or related discipline
- 5–8 years of experience in fintech compliance or financial regulation
- Strong knowledge of regulatory reporting standards
- Experience working remotely in structured environments
