Role: Remote Fintech Real-Time Payments Processing & Incident Response Specialist
Location: Remote (Aligned with Saudi Arabia Market)

Role Scenario
In a fast-paced fintech environment, thousands of transactions are processed every minute. Occasionally, disruptions occur—delays, failures, or unexpected spikes in transaction volumes. Your role is to ensure uninterrupted real-time payment processing, responding swiftly to incidents and maintaining system stability.
Operational Responsibilities
Real-Time Payment Processing
- Monitor payment flows across systems in real time
- Ensure successful execution of transactions
- Maintain high system availability
Incident Detection & Response
- Identify system issues such as transaction failures or latency spikes
- Respond immediately to operational incidents
- Coordinate with technical teams for resolution
System Performance Monitoring
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as success rates and processing speed
- Identify performance bottlenecks
- Recommend improvements to enhance efficiency
Issue Resolution & Root Cause Analysis
- Investigate recurring system issues
- Document root causes and corrective actions
- Prevent future occurrences through process improvements
Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure adherence to payment regulations
- Maintain incident logs and reports
- Support audits and operational reviews
Required Qualifications
- 5–9 years of experience in payment operations, fintech systems, or real-time processing
- Strong understanding of transaction processing environments
- Ability to work under pressure and respond quickly to incidents
- Experience working remotely with distributed teams
