About the Role
This position focuses on developing, refining, and managing fintech products, particularly in digital banking, payments, and customer financial solutions. The role requires balancing product vision with technical execution.
Core Functions
Product Development & Strategy
- Define product roadmaps aligned with market needs
- Translate business requirements into technical product specifications
- Collaborate with UX/UI teams to improve customer experience
Stakeholder Coordination
- Act as a bridge between engineering, compliance, and business teams
- Ensure timely delivery of product features and updates
- Manage product lifecycle from concept to deployment
Market & User Insights
- Conduct competitor and market research within Qatar’s fintech ecosystem
- Analyze user behavior and feedback to refine product offerings
- Identify new opportunities for digital financial solutions
Required Experience
- 4+ years in fintech product management or digital banking roles
- Strong understanding of APIs, mobile apps, and digital financial services
- Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies
- Ability to interpret financial regulations and incorporate them into product design
